NormaTec Boots

What do I wear? You can show up in your running gear - the only requirement is socks. If you forget socks, we've got you covered.

How long should I sit in the Boots? Typical sessions are 20-60 mins. If you'd like a longer session than our standard 30 mins, simply "Add-on" to your appointment for an additional 30 mins.

When should I use NormaTec Compression Boots? Recommended use is after every medium to high intensity run session, but there are many benefits to circulation and blood flow at any time. Avoid using them right before a high intensity run.

What can I expect from a session in the Boots? The boots fill with air and compress on your legs. You are in control of the level of compression. You can also "zone boost" an area that needs a little extra attention. Expect a faster recovery from your hard session.

Gait Analysis

What should I bring? Bring with you a pair of tight fitting shorts, running shoes, and shirt.

Infrared Sauna

What do I wear in the sauna? Undergarments are required. We recommend a pair of shorts and a light shirt or sports bra.

How long should I stay? Recommended usage is anywhere from 30-45 mins.

How hot will it get? The common temperature used is 118-122F. You can sit in there as high as 150F, depending on tolerance.

Will I sweat? Yes, you might sweat. Although it is not like traditional saunas, your core temperature will heat up which may cause some to sweat. Towels are provided, and we recommend bringing 2-3 towels with you for your session.

Can I bring my phone into the sauna? Yes, you can.

Therabody PowerDot

What should I wear? Make sure the areas of your body you want the PowerDot pads to be placed is accessible, so loose clothing, shorts, etc. To get more life out of the adhesive strips on the pads, we recommend shaving the area they will be applied.

LightSpeed Lift

What should I bring? Bring with you a pair of tight fitting shorts, ideally the length of your thigh, running shoes, and shirt.
